Sadhu Maharaja on Guru Tattva

On September 20, just two days ago, Sadhu Maharaja’s vyasa puja (spiritual birthday party) was celebrated at Munger Mandir in Vrindavan, India.

In the afternoon of August 28, almost one month ago, back at Lake George in the US, Maharaja gave a lecture on the topic of guru tattva, the meaning of the spiritual teacher, commenting on Narottama das Thakur’s Sri Guru Carana Padma.

Traveling with a Sadhu

This is the diary of Tarun Govinda’s travels together with his wife Govinda Priya (author of Sadhu Maharaja’s biography The Beauty of Real Love) who accompanied Maharaja in the US from August 17 through 29. Higher resolution pictures can be found in the album United States 2011.

Sadhu Maharaja has returned to his bhajan kutir (his favorite place of meditation) at Munger Mandir in Sri Vrindavan Dhama on September 2. Thank you so much for sharing your realizations, Tarun Govinda! Sadhu Maharaja in New York in August 2011

Sadhu Maharaja will be in New York at Lalitamba Mandiram next Wednesday on the 24th and then at the United Nations Church Center’s Peace After Consciousness event in the early afternoon of the 25th and in the evening at the Universal Peace Federation – The White House in Gracemere, Tarrytown.
